The camera fires on motion. No badge. No scan. No driver action. The capture is happening before the truck stops.
- Step 02The jury reaches consensus.
Three OCR models read the trailer number across eleven frames. When at least two agree, the trailer is identified. In this clip, frame three was the match.
- Step 03YMS updates itself.
The yard management system fires the move. Spot becomes AVAILABLE. Task completes. Driver gets a text with the next yard spot assignment. Nobody walked to the gate.
The clipboard. The walkout. The shift change handoff.
Today the gate is a guard shack and a sheet. A spotter walks the yard at shift change to figure out which trailers are still here.
